Production time

Every Artificial7x item is made to order by our print partner Printful. Production usually takes 2-7 business days before your order ships.

Shipping time

After production, carrier transit typically takes about 3-5 business days within the United States. International delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

International orders

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for an extended time, or your package shows delivered but you have not received it, contact us with your order number. We will work with the carrier and Printful to locate it and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement. Packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not covered.
